When you make a purchase at Ticketexecutive, you make note that it's final and there'll be no refunds or cancellations only if an event is postponed, then tickets will be rescheduled to the next date. But, if the event is concealed, then, you'll receive the refund paid on tickets but not on shipment. Moreover, our clients should know that we won't change or refund tickets in case of lost or steal or damage of tickets. So, make sure that you keep your tickets in a safe place when you receive them.
Sometimes, the tickets you order may no longer be accessible at the time your command is received. If equal or better seat locations are on hand at the same price, and you have chosen to be automatically upgraded, we will fill your with the alternative seat locations. If you are automatically upgraded, your credit card will be charged at the time your order is received and you will be contacted for notification of your new seat locations. If you have not chosen to be automatically upgraded, you'll be contacted to discuss alternative seat locations, and your credit card will not be charged until your permission is received to fill your order with alternative seat locations.
The orders we receive are all shipped to the billing address of your credit card. Mostly, our clients' orders are shipped at the same day we receive them. For certain events, tickets may not be available for immediate shipment. In this case, a TicketExecutive representative will contact you with notification of approximately when your tickets will be shipped.
